Q: I had paid by paypal already, why do you send a email said I haven't paid?
  If you received a email from our customer service staff, please provide the transaction ID which can be found at your paypal account.
Q: Payment for international orders -- important !
  Due to lots of fraud credit card purchase recently, it is hard for us to verify the ownership of international credit card. If you choose to pay by credit card, we may email you and ask for the copy of your ID and front&back of the credit card. In this way, we can make sure you are the owner. If you are uncomfortable with sending copy of ID and credit card, we suggest customers using paypal . This will speed up our verify process .  If you has been verified before , please indicate in the note for the new order, we will process the order in the fast manner.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Q: Order processing
 

Normal processing can take 24-48 hours, pending verification & approval. For the products we are out of stock, it will take longer time. Please bear in mind that shipping times represent the time it normally takes packages to arrive from the day of shipment, not the day of submission, and do not include non-business days (i.e., Saturdays, Sundays, & holidays). Thus, for example, an order for UPS 2nd-day delivery placed on Thursday could take until Tuesday to arrive at its destination, assuming processing is completed within 24 hours and the package ships out on Friday (Friday + 2 business days = Tuesday). It could take longer if the order cannot be process in time to be ship out on Friday. For orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, most of them will be ship out on Tuesday since large amount of orders come in during weekend. When the items have been shipped out, you will get a notice via email. So please make sure to provide a valid email account.

UPS pick up packages at 4:30pm every business day. UPS will update the tracking information 24 hours after they received the packages. That means if you received the shipping confirmation by email on Monday evening, you can check the status of your packages on Tuesday evening.

Shipments to specific locales
 

Anywhere outside the USA: We use USPS or EMS when shipping to other countries. If you choose UPS for shipment, we will ship the order out by UPS. Once an order is shipped out by USPS or UPS, we are neither responsible for, nor able to pre-determine, customs taxes and duties collectable at the receiving end. Customer is responsible for paying all such amounts as may be requested. Such amounts are not refundable in the event of merchandise being return.  Please note that normal USPS like Airmail Parcel Post don't provide tracking number, only USPS Express Mail has tracking#. We are not responsible for any lost packages if you don't choose USPS Express Mail or UPS.

 

Canada: Please allow a minimum of 21 days for delivery to Canada. Canadian orders are ship via USPS. Postal shipments do not go out daily, and we cannot guarantee delivery times. For UPS delivery time, please refer to UPS.com

 

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and US Territories : UPS Ground shipping is not available; only Air shipping options apply.

 

California State : Sales tax is added to total.

 

Postal Boxes, APO/FPO : Since UPS do not send to Postal Boxes, APO/FPO, please provide another address for shipment.

Q: Order tracking
 

When you place the order, you are asked to enter your email address and password. With that email address and password, you can email us to check whether it is shipped or not. After the order has been shipped, you can use the order# to track UPS shipping status.

Q: How to calculate my shipping fee?
  UPS calculate shipping fee by weight. You can first add the items into shopping cart and then click the "view cart" to find out the shipping cost. Or view the shippment rate when checkout.

Yes, all of our products are brand new. We don't sell second hand items.

Several person are involved in processing one order and our products' price is 50%-80% lower than other company's price. Please understand our policy.

Q: Why the checkout button doesn't work when I try to place an order?
 

This issue seems to be specific to the Netscape Communicator 4.79 browser. This may also occur with earlier versions of Communicator. You can upgrade the browser.

Q: I place the wrong order, how can I change the order?
 

If the order has not been ship, please email us to cancel the old order and you can place a new order from our website. If the order has been shipped already, please email us to return the products and we will give you refund.
